Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance and receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after the 48 hours prior to your reservation are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@valleycampingco.com. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
If Valley Camping Co. needs to cancel your reservation for any reason (including but not limited to extreme weather) you will be notified as soon as possible and given a full refund by original payment method.
Damages Agreement
If your party is found to be responsible for any damages to the glamping tent or items within the tent during your rental, by making a reservation you agree to be charged per item by way of original payment method.
Smoking & Pet Policy
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the glamping tent and will incur a tent replacement fee of $1,000.
Dogs MUST be leashed at all times. Dogs must NEVER be left unattended in the glamping tent under any circumstances. You are responsible for cleaning up your dog's waste. Excessive barking and/or misbehavior will not be tolerated. Please be courteous of other guests.
Cleaning Procedures
With cleanliness and safety in mind, a Valley Camping Co. staff member will deep clean each glamping tent in between bookings, ensuring that all surfaces have been sanitized in preparation for the next reservation. Linens and bedding will be freshly laundered.
*If Valley Camping Co. finds that additional cleaning services are required after your stay, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $100 by way of original payment method.
Liability Policy
Valley Camping Co. is not held liable for any personal injury that occurs in or around the glamping tent. A liability waiver will need to be completed and signed at the time of check-in.
