Frequently Asked Questions

You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance and receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after the 48 hours prior to your reservation are non-refundable. 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@valleycampingco.com. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. 

If Valley Camping Co. needs to cancel your reservation for any reason (including but not limited to extreme weather) you will be notified as soon as possible and be given a full refund by original payment method. 

"Glamping" is quite literally exactly how it sounds... glamorous camping! Will you still see bugs? Well, of course. Glamping is still camping but with some added luxuries including a real bed, decor & electrical outlets to charge your phone. What you won't find are some essentials you may be used to having when traveling such as wifi, running water, & indoor plumbing. But if you want to experience the great outdoors without sacrificing comfort, then glamping is for you!

No worries, our glamping tents are 100% waterproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up as normal. If severe weather or lightning is expected, you can reschedule the day of your booking. Reschedule dates are based on availability.
